There are many, many things actually but one thing stands out above everything else.

God is faithful.

I know that can seem very clique but it really has been the case.
All along the way over the past year God has constantly and consistently proven His ability to still make the difference in someone’s life.

When we took the biggest risk of our lives and moved to a city we didn’t know, among people we didn’t know, doing something we didn’t know, for a cause we didn’t know………… WE DIDN’T KNOW how it would work out.  There were many well meaning friends and family who consistently expressed their concern. More than one person wasn’t very nice about it. They flatly said I was crazy and should put my family at risk.

Problem was I agreed with them.  It was hard to express what was going on inside me during those days.  There was such a war of knowing the reality of the situation yet feeling inside of me that I was made for something more than what I was experiencing.

We moved with our eyes wide open realizing that at any moment we could find out this was the biggest mistake ever. However, the same God who spoke into my life that I would not only plant a church but that it would be a move of God has taken every step with us.  Along the way, He’s proven just awesome He is over and over again.

So, here we are. Tomorrow is the launch of Real Life Church. We say goodbye to one stage of our journey and hello to a whole new adventure.
I’ve endeavored to follow God’s guidance and use wisdom with every decision.  We as a team have grown so much over the past year. If God has been this awesome at the beginning I cannot imagine what’s next.
