21 Days of Prayer/Fasting: Day Five

When you are fasting, what you’re putting in is just as important as what you’re keeping out. Adding more prayer to your lifestyle is just as important as skipping meat and bread for 21 days. Without it all you’ve done is deny yourself a great hamburger.

Prayer is something most Christians avoid simply because they don’t understand it.

  • Make an effort to add at least 5 more minutes of prayer during my time of fasting.
