Leadership Goal:
Never talk to, encourage, deal with, reprimand, etc. anyone who you are over in leadership in any way that will reflect negatively on their relationship with God or others.
In times you do have to show a firm stance but never let it appear to be coming from anything other than a loving friend and brother or sister in the Body of Christ.
