FAST FINISH RUN 1– 5 miles (4  easy + 1 moderately hard)

FARTLEK RUN 2– Speed Training (3 miles)

FOUNDATION RUN 3– off

LONG- 10 miles

Total number of runs: 3
Total mileage: 18 mile
