📚 Scripture. 💪

(Hebrews 12:2-4) “We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne. Think of all the hostility he endured from sinful people; then you won’t become weary and give up. After all, you have not yet given your lives in your struggle against sin.”

Observation: This verse reminds us where our focus should be: on Jesus. When life gets tough, it’s easy to look at our circumstances, but here we’re told to fix our eyes on the One who endured the cross for us. Jesus faced pain, rejection, and suffering, yet He pressed on because He saw the joy ahead. When we focus on Him, we’re reminded that our struggles, though real, are temporary. The fight we’re in has already been won by Jesus. He endured for us, so we could endure through Him. Today, look at Jesus, not your obstacles. Let His endurance inspire you to keep going.

Application: Today, take five minutes to pray and refocus on Jesus, trusting Him to help you endure.

Prayer: Lord, help me keep my eyes on You, especially when life feels overwhelming. Remind me of the strength and endurance You give as I face challenges.
