📚 Scripture. 💪
(Ezekiel 34:11) “For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I myself will search for my sheep and look after them.”
Observation: God is rebuking the unfaithful leaders (shepherds) of Israel who failed to care for His people. But then, in a decisive moment of grace, God declares He will become the Shepherd. This shows His deep care and commitment to His people. He doesn't just delegate care—He steps in personally.
Application: This verse offers hope. Even when others fail us—even when leaders or institutions don’t show up—God promises He will. He searches for the lost, tends to the broken, and brings the wandering home. Rest in the truth that God is your Shepherd, personally invested in your life.
Prayer: Thank You, Lord, for being my Shepherd. Thank You for seeking me when I wander, healing me when I’m broken, and never giving up on me. Help me to listen for Your voice and follow You closely. Amen.
