(Isaiah 26:3-4) “You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal Rock.”
Observation: We all long for peace, but it can seem elusive. This verse gives us the key to finding peace by keeping our minds focused on God. When we fix our thoughts on Him and trust His goodness, He promises to provide us with perfect peace. This isn’t the kind of peace the world offers, which depends on circumstances. It’s a peace that comes from knowing God is in control, no matter what. Today, focus on Him and experience the peace that only He can provide.
Application: When you feel anxious, take a moment to focus on God and His promises, asking Him for His peace.
Prayer: Father, help me focus on You to experience the peace You offer. In moments of anxiety, remind me of Your constant presence and care.
